Some place even charges 50cents for water...
Isn't this bettter? Hahaha!!

A closer view of the menu :)
Hope it's clear for u...

I really missed Mindy...
I mean we hardly have the heart to heart talk...
Well, I wished I could be more loud than I've always
been around people... I miss being noisy...

Plus today I had Tony Roma's again today...
with Kevin and Mei Teng...
the Chicken Bowtie Pasta was a very huge portion :P
*Sorry no pictures today as I was too busy finishing up the food...
Lol!*

Monash Music Festival

This was where I spent my whole of today :)
It was suppose to be 12pm-12am but
I did NOT stay up to the end which I wished I did...

Well, this was one of the bands who compete in the
battle of the bands :)

It was a great hang out with
Cheryl, Elaine and Sher Ree :)

Lol!! Not forgetting Cy in the picture...

Cy was practically being
funny like almost half the time being there... Lol!
Behind us was the stage :P

as I remember passing by and I said I would try it some day...
because at that point of time I was just too full to taste it
Well, Now I did :)

Lol! I'm keen to tell you this is what's
Japanese Favourite Ice Cream which is now
MY Favourite :)

They have cute and adorable decoration on their stall like these :)
-The Maccha-

-The Azuki-

The process goes like this!
First, the staff took a round plastic tube from the freezer and
placed it into the ice cream making machine,
then he wind the lever like this,

somehow it then result with pretty swirls,
the soft and creamy ice cream :)

The ice cream tasted great moreover it was just RM5 as compared
to the previous price was like RM5.50 Blek!
You should taste it and tell me how it's like :)
They have six great flavours such as:
  • Maccha (Green Tea)
  • Daku ChoKo (Dark Chocolate)
  • Azuki (Red Beans)
  • Ramu Reezun (Rum Raisin)
  • Goma (Black Sesame)
  • Ichigo (Strawberry)

Senjyu Sushi, Sunway Pyramid

Well, I treat myself good food like this :)
It's quite costly to dine in here but as much as I pay,
it's very much worth it especially with such great ambience!

"What is there to be stress when life can be lived this way?"
Hehehe... Eating is happiness Man!!
I'm going to keep this post short and sweet my darlings :)

The petite cups :) I love them man!
I can finish the whole cup of tea in like two gulps :P

Their saucer plate also so cute!
By the way, they serve real fresh wasabi :)

Isn't the settings great?

Below are some items ordered that day :)
What else do they serve there should be for u to find out
YOURSELF :P

Chuka Idako

Chicken Katsu Don

Dragon-i & Canton-i

I'm a procrastinator I have to admit :)
Lol!! It's been A LONG LONG TIME AGO
since I visit Dragon I but this does not mean
I cannot still share my experience with you right :P

DRAGON-I
As what my nephew always asks,
"What is this?"

Lol... If you've been to Dragon I, you'll know this
is the vinegar with slivers of fresh ginger which they serve u
when u order their Specialty "Xiao Long Bao" which is also
known as "Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumpling"...

THIS! is their "Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumpling"
The way to eat it is not like the ordinary
way to eat some dim sum dish... Well, it's important that
when u eat this, u should savour the juice first,
then dip it into their TASTY vinegar
with ginger, before eating it
or even before swallowing it! Lol!!

Besides that, as everyone should know that these
restaurants are famous for the ramen (also called la mian)!!
What I've ordered here is just ONE type...
It's quite nice, it's called Zha Jiong Men :P

My "Xiao Long Bao........"
(If you notice how long ago I visited Dragon-i, note that I had
short hair that time unlike now... Lol! However I bun up my
hair in the Canton-i post so silly me, those who doesn't know
me would not realize how long was this :P)
To put an end to Dragon-i,
I think it's significant that I note to you:
"CIMB credit card holders are entitled to 10% discount :)

&
CANTON-I

Canton-i
is a sister restaurant of Dragon-i as
both of them are run by the same people, same ownership
and are operated in a very similar set up.

What differentiates them is that
Dragon-i focuses on Shanghai cuisine while
Canton-i deals with Hong Kong food as how it originates.

However, I'm fascinated by the settings Canton-i
created... It gives me the real feeling of a Hong Kong
Restaurant unlike some other, Canton-i really gives me
the ease of dining with them :)

This is their "Crispy Bun Butter"... In fact I love this
very much as a matter of fact it costs RM4 but
I still love the taste of it :)

I find this picture more fascinating than the first but
nevertheless I still want to show u how they served it so...
:)
"Who say Canton-i got no tea to drink?" Lol!
This is what they call the "Seven Belle",
I personally feel this cute cup of tea is worth
drinking... It's attractive and in addition to it,
it taste good! :) Well, as Asians would always consider
This Cup Of Tea is Water Refillable, Lol!

This is their "Stir Fried Satay Sauce Beef Noodles" :)
U can request for pork instead beef.
A little too salty but it's tasty(satay sauce)... Maybe you
could just do yourself a favour as to ask them
to make it less salty, it would be delicious!

As the day has come to an end, I have to conclude this post
with the dessert :)
The Pomelo and Mango Sago Cream...
Lol! If you're a person who loves sago, I will still
recommend u to KTZ in SS2. However there's
significant difference in both of them which makes both
of the Mango Sago worth tasting :)

By the way, the reason we chose to dine in
Canton-i the other day was purely because we
wanted to let Christine feel the atmosphere of being
home as she's also from Hong Kong...

Cy and Christine came up with their
"Four-Seasoned Dish"

Which consists of Chilli, Satay Beef Noodles, "Tau Geh", and
Mango Sago. Oops... Not forgeting the Vegetable being
the decoration :)

Following up are the randomness:
Hah! Me posing... Lol!!

Mindy stole my drink!
(Just kidding... Hahaha)

Me molesting Mindy! Hahaha!! I had fun!
I hope she did too... *cheeky*

This is a serious picture! Lol!
The usual but boring pose... Hee!!
I like this! However it's quite hard to see
so let me note out the main thing Christine gave the
disgusted face, Lol! It's because "Naughty CY"
stick out her tongue while Christine was on the phone :)

** Pictures that I did not include in are the egg tarts and
the plain congee along with the "Yau Char Kwai"... Oh!
They're my favourite for your information!!
Hehehe... When I have no appetite, bring me
to Canton-i and I'll eat my heart out :)
Pictures can be seen at the end of this post!
OR
As below :)

All in all, Canton-i is a perfect place to dine in
provided you're willing to pay the price for the
Truly Hong Kong style restaurant :)

Oh by the way, the thing in her hand is their Ebi Fry!

Here's another instant coffee machine :)

Welcome to their desserts a.k.a jelly

Longan jelly... Lol! Nice but sweet though!

Yay! and this are their fruits! Lol... Why I
seem excited about this section is because the
fruits are great help in buffets! They help u digest faster :P
AND good for health... Hehehe!

Lol... What is she doing? I really don't know...

Here are the barbeque items!
Hehehe... I have to tell you that I especially love the
barbeque here because ONE OF the waiters was just so
helpful... Yeah! He helped us barbeque while all we had to
do is sit back and relax, enjoy our food :)

"mini Chef" selecting ingredients...

This is a picture of the Sashimi area :)

Perfect half boiled egg the Japanese way,
they called it Spring Water Egg :)

"Overall, the food was near to perfect except
there's lots of meat and less vegetables which means
it's hard to digest your food... Hehehe!!
Maybe for me vegetables is a NEED... Lol!

especially with such good services :)"

Swensen's

A basic background knowledge of this beautiful store :)
It was first started in 1948 by Earle Swensen which is why they
named this restaurant after his name! Lol! Enough for your
basic information now back to the reason why I'm speaking of
Swensen's today ;)

Swensen's came up with set meals
served with one soft drink and a soup of the day :)
Pretty reasonable if you're dining in Swensen's.

This is because erm... I learn in Tax that these
kind of restaurant actually creates ambience which
is why we're required to pay such high prices...
Not only that, I also learned that by creating ambience
these restaurants are actually allowed to claim capital
allowance in respect of their income tax :)

Please don't mind me, I'm not showing off or anything
but I'm actually enjoying the fact that now I
apply the study in my life, though I may not be good
in my studies :)
(P/s: I've finally understand a little bit of joy in studying...)

Do you know CY reads??
Yeah now I'm telling you she does :)

I got caught up with this cup when it reached my table
because CY WAS BUSY READING that I had to
entertain myself :( Hahaha!!

Oh ya and I got comfy chair to sit in...
See! SO much more space if YOU would
want to squeeze in the sofa with ME :)

Finally my dish is here :)
Today is Tuesday and it's Earthquake Day!!
So, here's the earthquake you're seeing!!

I figured u wanted to see the earthquake more than
ME in the picture so HERE it is!! Closer than before too :)

Yummy-licious... Hahaha!!

Here are the flavors :)
As for EARTHQUAKE, you may choose 8 scoops of
different flavors with 8 toppings...
  • If u like sour I recommend Sherbet :)
  • While for the others, it's for u to find out yourself...

Oops... Desperate me yearning for the delicious
ice cream... Lol!

Seeee....

Omg! It's real clean now... Hahaha!!

*Regular Earthquake are recommended for 2-3persons :)
*Large Earthquake are for 5-6persons... Hehehe!!

Shopping Spree!!

I haven't actually shopped since CNY...
BUT after watching Confessions of a Shopaholic,
I was suppose to shop with Padini because I had
discounts... Unfortunately, I could not resist myself
from looking for the right one... However not the
cheap ones... Lol!! Hate it when I do shopping...
Hahaha!!!

Lol!! Maybe I have seen the joy of shopping in
her(Rebecca Bloomwood) but NOT learned the value for
money after shopping... OMG! I'm applying accounting terms
in my blog... [Big drops of sweat dripping down my head...(sarcastic)]

Hahaha! Back to main point, I did NOT shop with Padini
but I switch selection and end up with Nose and Robinsons...
Lol!! Hahaha... and this was my outcome :)
AND I'm proud of it... Three different view of them...

My new assets...
Two pair on the sides from Nose and the middle from Robinsons :P

Lol!! See my pairs of shoes :)

I will proceed with other postings again when I have time :)
I had the urge to post this before the others BECAUSE.........
I just felt the need to share with u the joy :P

Magnetic Necklace

During the past week, I had troubles sleeping early and when
I don't sleep early I end up waking late as well. I was complaining
to few of my friends and they recommended this to me...

They suggested me to buy this magnetic necklace which costs me
RM155 Lol!! This was what "lol" meant when she
dropped her comment saying I pay to sleep...

Yes! I pay to sleep but... it somehow helps me by
relieving tense shoulders, stiff neck and moreover,
the Phiten Titanium Necklace helps relieve muscular stress
in the shoulders and neck, and fatigue in the upper body.

Yes! Mine is PINK :)
